Another victim of CREATIVE ACCOUNTING to generate NSF fees

Most, if not ALL business's that employ creative bookkeeping get handedto the sharks at the IRS. I think it's time for REGIONS BANK to gothere...

What I'm talking about only effects the poorer clientele, thathave their account with minimal money in it most of the time. RecentlyI had less than $20 in mine. The bank claims they had a HOLD on moneygoing to an online charge, another online charge came in, and theybounced it (But paid) and charged me $35 fee. They then PROCEEDED tobounce (And Pay) the charge they were HOLDING the money for, adding a2nd OVERDRAFT FEE. If they were HOLDING the money, out of my account, then that charge was already paid, and ONLY ONE BOUNCED, but with someCREATIVE BOOKKEEPING, they managed to charge me 2 OVERDRAFT FEES. Myproblem is IF THEY HELD THE MONEY, technically it was ALREADY paid andno 2nd over draft. IF THEY WEREN'T holding the money, then NO OVERDRAFT on the first one...

THIS IS BULLSHIT, and maybe someone needs to initiate a CLASSACTION SUIT. I know i'm only one fee, but how many of those fees doesit take to be ridiculous. 28,572 of them = $1 million dollars. Thinkthat many a week, a month, 2 months?..
