Some complainants allege they receive no report at all. Others complain they paid for instant access and are dissatisfied with waiting for a mailed copy of their report. Several complainants allege they mistakenly clicked on the wrong area causing their membership by error, and then experience the inability to cancel. Many complainants request refunds.

The company responds to some complaints by advising buyers they have a no refund policy. They explain they must pay the credit reporting agencies before the information can be accessed; therefore, buyers do not have an option to cancel.
