Experian new policy refuses to accept mail

I just pulled last week my annual credit report. I found a small inaccarcy with Trans Union and was able to email a rep my supporting documentation and it was resolved within 24 hours. Equifax had a couple of questionable errors, including unauthorized access to my credit reports. They gave me a lot of static about providing a copy of my credit report and I wound up buying it circumvent the difficult process through my bank. I was able to send a certified letter to addess disputes and I am assured that they are "under review". Experian has the most inaccuracies, reaging and relisting of trade lines previously deleted as not belonging to me. They have me married to my Dad again and living at places I never lived at. The trade lines are just as inaccurate with a 200 point artificial lowering of a credit score. (Mid 700's with the other two). I send a formal letter of dispute, I enclose supporting documentation that should fix their ongoing mistakes with inaccurate reporting. I get the mail returned marked refused... It seems that Experian has instituted a new policy to refuse correspondence. I called the toll free number and they refused a physical mailing address for certified mail. They admit they refuse correspondence. I have already written to the FTC, the attorney general in my state and the senator because this an extremely dangerous practice especially in these financially difficult times. An artifically lowered score can limit a consumer's ability to find gainful employment. It can limit a business owner from obtaining funds to create jobs.in some states it can increase insurance rates. Overall it limits buying power of those of us who by some miracle struggled through this financial slump with their credit in tact. What happens to consumer protection of the other credit reporting agencies decide to follow suit. This leads to yet another wave of economic distress.
