The include mentioned I'd just be billed s/h costs for examples of teeth whitner. I had been billed s/h and on a single a cost of $78.93 and about the additional $88.97. I'd haven't decided to this. From May 09 tnis co. Began getting me 9.99 monthly. These are bogus charges.
