10 - 03 - Where is the justice?

Janian contaced me and insisted that they're nothing like the "additional" locations declaring to fulfill mortgage adjustments. I got their term for this. After talking to the affiliate for around 2 months, I closed the agreement and delivered them $2,900 - which I truly did not need to deliver. I had been behind on my mortgage - the cash must have attended them. Within this procedure, I had been informed that I didnot need to spend my mortgage easily didnot wish to plus they might avoid my house from starting foreclosure. Thirty days before, my house was positioned into foreclosure position. I'd experienced 3 negotiators at this time, and that I was NEVER informed when my document had changed hands at Janian.

I seldom obtained return calls or return emails to my demands for position changes. The client support is awful, and that I wouldn't suggest them to anybody. When they have worked nicely for others, excellent. But my encounter together was but still is bad. I had been the main one calling my bank, providing them with the info that I'd previously directed at Janian... Twice

They stated these were not able to assist me and my document was shut at Janian in late Feb, and that I am expecting my reimbursement. I've since approached my mortgage business and exercised a - inside a week! I've looked after my mortgage, not Janian.

I've approached Janian for just two months trying to obtain the standing of my reimbursement. I rec'd a phone today from the woman who totally blew me away. She explained a variety of items that were on my document which were not the case! Bad, poor, poor! She subsequently explained she did not understand why I had been calling her. Do these folks not pay attention to their clients? Really???

Our return will maintain my fingers in a few days. Or, atleast that is what I had been informed - must I trust them?
