Nco's upper darby office at 100 constitution avenue employs thieves! There are collectors there with criminal records— records which include theft! Some of these collectors don't even have a g.E.D.! Some of them make non-work related, unauthorized credit bureau searches to gain access to people's personal information!
Personal information they use to obtain utility services and credit cards! Some of these collectors are under the influence of marijuana and prescription drugs while at work. They are criminals! This office does not do background checks! I urge everyone to write letters of complaint to the person in charge of hiring these criminals. Write to:
