Garnishment

The corporation is fraudulant and questionable. You cannot actually talk to them. You attempt to possess a coversation with them with them, it is their way or no means. I named to talk to them in regards to a garnishment they'd positioned on my check, for 25% of my salary each payperiod. I'd no idea exactly what the debt was. After I approached them, these were REALLY RUDE, to express minimal. Lastly, I had been informed that it had been a debt that pertained to some charge card from 2001. (9 years ago) In Ky the Law of Restrictions on the credit debt is 5 years. I stated that towards the man I had been talking to and he immediatley explained he didn't care. They were garnishing my earnings of course if I'd an issue with-it, Obtain A Lawyer. Our problem with this specific problem is the fact that I had been never informed of the courtroom hearing or procedure to challenge your debt or something. Oneday I obtain a notice within the email informing me that my earnings are likely to be garnished of course if I'd any concerns contact the Organization. I tried that. They're not prepared to use anybody on conflicting debt. Our only option now's to record bankruptcy. I'm just one operating mom who lives check to check on today. I can not afford with an extra 25% of my check removed. These people are birds and also have no compassion for employees. Our purpose when calling them was to sort out some form of cost program together. Today, I'll record bankruptcy plus they wont obtain a cent!
