Taking money from my account without my permission or knowledge

Our bank statement came and that i went over it and found a $ 29.91 cost onto it that i did't no anything about. And so i made deeper and discovered this has been happening since january. I'd like a full refund of my funds as a g!!! What type of company is that this? That is illegal and wrong. I've read others grievances aswell but you individuals are still running a business?
