Interest charges

I used a balance transfer offer. The contract was they wouldn't cost interest, after which they began receiving interest, declaring that it had been on my other acquisitions. I decreased the total amount considerably below the initial equilibrium shift quantity and also the still held receiving interest. Further, they've elevated the attention costs to about 20% despite the fact that I had been never overdue having a cost. I simply reduced the statement. I intend to stop the card. Will I attempt to solve it first? It'll take-me per week or two to draw all my previous charges together.
