Calling for a Verizon bill we settled

We resolved a debt with Verizon in 2007 and out of left field obtain a phone this week from the business named RPM stating we didn't spend $69 due. After searching a little more to comprehend where and what consideration the corporation was requesting to gather from and requesting extra paperwork, the collector "Travis" turned defensive and rude and stated he was only a variety company and we have to spend up. Positive thing we'd the real history - and google search to confirm that which was up. Really annoying...
