Mistake and they are killing us

These men did the same to us! We offered the vehicle, they homeowners had the car towed and today they need us to pay for. We sent ALL evidence and they'll not release. Today it is on my spouseis credit history and we reside away from nation for business. No approach to take to Florida for small-claims so we're in the mercy of the sh*thead. I suppose this really is "all great" for many companies to allow this team purchase their poor credit nevertheless when you are not the liable party it creates the harmless purchase the responsible party. Terrible people.
