Rip-off fraud by

Business & Finance

My sister and i are co-owners of mercury transportation inc. We were attempting to purchase 2 flatbed trailers totally $17,500.00 for both, from north american trailer centers in jeffersonville, in.

We provided our credit information to north american and they came back to us with a lender who would finance both trailers for $518.36 a month for60 months.

The lender requested a deposit in the amount of $1483.50 to be paid by a bank draw.

We promptly provided the deposit and a week later we begain to call and check on the paperwork for the loan.

After two weeks they came back with a loan with a payment of $630.00 per month for 64 months. We promptly requested our deposit to be returned.

Growth 1 put us off by asking another lender to look at us. He told us we were being scammed and would probably never get our money back.

It has been over 4 weeks and we haven't received our deposit and our phone calls are never returned.
