Daven McCoy, James Brown They contacted saying I'm being charged with many different things

On February 19, my husband was contacted by "the department of law and invesigation." Because he was one of my references on the loan, they called him. My husband was angry. He accusedme of going behind his back and getting loans in his name. I took the phone and was talking to this person. He said his nme was Daven McCoy from the department of law and investigation. I asked him what was the phone call about and he toldd me it was about a loan i brorrowed.

He repeated my bank infrmaion, my social security number, and a lot o other personal things. I believed him and was scared out of my mind. I didn't want anything to do with court or anything of that nature. I decided to go along with everything. UntilI remembered that I signed up with payday company but never got a loan.

He wanted me to fax a payment authorization letter. They said on my statement it would show up as ACS. I asked information about my ase many times. He just kept saying everything will be mailed to me after I paid. I said ok. I did veything he asked me to except pay the money. I gave them fake information to restrict them from taking out nay money.

When they couldnt get the money, they asked what happened? I was transferred to someone named James Brown, then t another guy, then back to James Brown. (they all have regular names with thick accent. Lol) I started asking questions and told them I don't wish to pay without further information. He said that he can only give me information of the affadavit he had on file. I kept asking for more and more, and he just kept getting nervous. I made an agreement with them.

I told them i would pay. But not right now. I need time. They agreed. Little did they know that i was looking them up on peoplefindr.com and whitepages. And every site I could think of. And thank God I found this. Now when they call me back, I can tell the to go kick rocks. These people are sick and needs to be stopped.
