I've a prepaid mastercard from Capital one which I utlize for direct-deposit of salaries along with other products for example tax concessions. Not able to access bill i approached customer support where moment I had been informed my consideration have been secured pending identification confirmation. I had been advised I had a need to send a duplicate of my drivers permit and social protection card and my acoount could be revealed within 72 hours. After I questioned about my immediate deposits were declined and delivered back for their point-of source. Today I'm likely to need to delay roughly per week for my company to re issue a check. Additionally whenI approached the government regarding my duty reimbursement I had been informed because of the proven fact that the transferred was declined I'd be recieving my duty by email in 4-6 months. All I get from Capital One is "I am Sorry"
