Ripoff fraudulent billing. They charged $149.00 without my concent Usa

They called me saying that I was already aproved with a 7,500.00 credit line, with no credit check, no employment check, etc.
They said they neede my checking account routing number just to verify I don't know what, and they said that they don't need the account number because they wasn't going to charge nothing without my concern, so that I would think that is not a scam.
Two days later my bank statement showed that I was charged $149.00 for USA credit. Don't be like me. Think first before you give out your account information to someone on the phone.
