Ripoff The corp office had no desire to help and they where very rude Olathe

I was guareented a loan from money tree i have contacted them numerous time and keep getting told some one will contact me in a couple of day. After a week i have not heard from anyone, i have spoke to james dury at ext. 106, and shelia at ext 111.

I have expressed my dissatifaction with both of them, neither person has done anything remotely close to keeping there word after 2 months i still have not even been contact by a loan officer. I told them that if they are running into problems call me or shoot me an email just saying hey we are working on this. I have not even gotten this, they have made a promise they can get me a morgage yet after they received my money they have done nothing, i plan to file a formal charge with the banking commision on the fdic www.fdic. Gov if they can not do as they have promised in a reasonable time.

I believe they have falsely represented themselves. I have applied for a morgage threw leanding tree, I had 3 companies give me answers on whether they could give me a loan or not in 5 business days, yet it has taken Money tree 2 months to tell me nothing half the time you call no one is there, the other half they are rude and uncoupritive. I called there corp office in GA. Also.

The corp office had no desire to help and they where very rude. I believe this company has no desire to get morgages for customers, i believe they take the money and then run.
