After making fee plans with this specific organization, I settled them what I had been told I owed. They're today bothering me and informing me I owe them more.

I've settled the corporation $4141.00 up to now. The initial debt was $3968.00. The corporation has documented this debt to Experian as "settled entirely/shut". As of this moment, they declare I owe them another $253.00. Once they contact me, they frighten and threaten me, neglect to determine themselves as collectors, then go to repeatedly hang-up on me after I obtain an itemized payment and transaction record. Upon my consideration being "switched over" to "SRL and Associates", my supposed stability has increased to $453.00.

It amazes me this organization continues to be permitted to conduct business in Utah, or everywhere for instance. They've an "Y" about the BBB site for numerous comparable, or even identical grievances.
