Jubilee financial services rip-off fraud liars BBB gave them a good report!

I siged up to do a debt conolidaaation. I sent them my monthly bills. They then did monthly deductions from my checking acct. They said they would contact all credit companies so they would know of my intent. Well they never did it never returned any of my calls. Nor any e-mails. Each address was invalid soon as became a member.

They finally called me after i stopped them from getting money. [surprise] they told me to send a letter that i wanted to get out and my money refunded. I did this no reply.

Sent a new e-mail to a new address they gave me it also came back as no such address. I found my my phone number of person who started me out and it was his home number. I talked to him he no longer works for the company as they haven't paid him. He has tried to contact them in my behalf the same run around.

I have contacted the atorney general in california and he has sent them a letter. I have contacted all my credit card companies and they have been working with me. They also know of this company and have no good words for them. I did check with the better business breau before i started and they gave a good report. I need more direction on what to do
