Incorrect charge/posting - luxembourge

Sometime ago i notified account now that another individuals pension and ss number were posted on my account. I called to notify them as i did not want his money. Simultaneously i brought up another issue regarding a posting i did not recognize as mine for 60 bucks. At the time i declined to continue continue
with the posting problem of 60 dollars as they would have suspended the use of my card. Upon calling back to revisit the 60 dollar discrepency, i was told declineing the suspension the first time denies me the right to persue the issue now.
