Ripoff They deny making a settlement agreement with me and are demanding me to pay debt in 30 days

Allied Interstate made a settlement agreement with me in April for the amount of 2148 and made arrangements for me to make payments over a five month period. But now is claiming that after they received the last payment that I agreed to that they did not settle with me to start with. That I had to pay the debt in a 30 day period.

They can't tell me the name of the person who made the agreement with me either but they refer to the person as a her how do they know I settled with a women if they can't seem to see her name on the computer. That and the whole monitored calling thing they are not willing to check their tapes to find out if the conversation took place and claim it was most likely not monitored, not monitored or erased so I had no proof.

I wish I had the money to sue them for their harrassment for the money that I sent them to pay a debt and try to repair my credit. But I guess this is one of those big companies that will go after the little guy and make their life miserable. I know I settled this debt and I am sure that the liars will erase any proof that there is in their office to prove that I settled this account. But I know I will NOT pay any more on this account they will have to take me to court for it where I will make them into liars as best as I can.

I have NO respect for any of them, The only one I remember by name is MR. Caputo who was suppose to call me back and never did 4 days ago that shows how much they really care about helping people get out of debt as long as they get their money and their cut of the debt that is all that really matters to them.
