Insurance fraud

We refinanced our mortgage loan from provident in 2003. Things appeared good until last March once they delivered us a notice stating that people had let our flood insurance mistake for 3 months in 2006 3 years earlier. I advised them that I sensed these were mistaken and that I requested them why it required 3 years to contact us? They declined to response and required that people spend them 300 bucks, I declined to pay for it. I noticed nothing from their store for eight months. Then they delivered me a notice stating these were starting an impound account for insurance and fees and were likely to cost us an additional 350 dollars a month. When I named them-they were rude and educated me they did not care easily had usually compensated the home taxes and insurance since I have declined to pay for the 300 dollars they might do the things they desired whatever the agreement we'd signed. When I called and told them I had been replacing and informed them why they rudely hung-up on me. Anyone that has a house mortgage together is going elsewhere before they attempt to tear you off too.
