Unauthorized Charges

I feel like a broken record, after reviewing information contained on this site. Alas, this agency is a scam. They placed three unauthorized accounts, regarding debts I did not acquire, against my credit report; I attempted to contact them and dispute them - even pointing out obvious problems with their records, such as mispelling of my name, wrong address, no record of identifying information on their records (SS# or DOB). No results. The first two accounts came at the same time; I eventually became so frustrated with the lack of resolution, that I paid the accounts just to get them off my record. BIG MISTAKE! A year later, they posted another account. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but I can only hope that they will be able to get results.
