I believe it is a scam

I rec'd email from their store informing me in regards to a suit brought against equifax, experian, transunion they're declaring that they'll repair my credit easily requested something in one of the aforementioned named companies that we haven't I did so obtain a free credit history but that's all, please guidance if this certainly a fraud.
