Bad Business practices

I'm not able to purchase any products from HSN since my handle hasbeen blocked from purchasing. Evidently another person only at that handle owes HSN lots of cash, which is their plan to dam thae tackle from purchasing to safeguard themselves. Nevertheless, I reside in a flat building in NYC with more than 70 apts. I offered tthem my apt # to exhibit this. Nevertheless, as the boss I talked with sympathized with me, he explained they'd attempt to obtain the stop eliminated for me, which may consider three to five business days—but couldn't create any guarantees. Personally I think this plan is extremely unusual and very unjust to those people residing in apts.
