Scam collections lette

Acquired today a notification addressed to my partner providing cost choices on the debt which was basically owed to Capital One Lender. The primary issue using the selections exercise is the fact that my partner HASN'T had a merchant account of any sort with this specific lender or its predecessors. Certainly, he'snot had a banking account in virtually any lender for nearly 5 years and has had no charge cards or additional credit balances in atleast 12 years, an item of getting been burned by his ex wife when she washed their combined consideration and went up obligations on the charge cards just before throwing him out (he resolved these obligations years ago). This is actually the second-time he's been focused with a fraud of the character. Fortunately, the telephone is in my own title so that they do not contact, but we are giving out a cease-and-desist notice and is likely to be calling the Atty Standard of Maine when they do not.
