Well for instance, it is taking two and a half years to pay off my fcnb account. I do not blmae anyone, it is just these over limit fees and late fees are ridiculously high. What gets me is that the customer service is terrible. They forget that we are human beings too and have other bills as well.

My situation is that my credit limit was 825 and now it is up to 1305. Back in Dec. I requested that I CANNOT make my bills on the first could you please make it towards the 10th like my other bills; apparently they told me to get back under the limit so I can pay on a different date. I paid the amount so it can benefit me.

As soon as my second bill came around the late fee and overlimit fee was assesed. It was too late to do anything. I was told that you did not reply back when the fees were assesed. That is totally wacked. I truly do not think that they would have change my billing cycle until it was under 825 again. Obviously everything is noted through the computer system on inquiries and letters EVERYTHING. Why they just did not do there job then.

I hope this class action suit works, because these overlimit fee is what we could put towars out children's college FUND. Of course NEWPORT has good clothes and so does Blair. That is what I should had stuck too all along. DEBT MANAGEMENT CANNOT GET ME OUT OF THIS.

My advice is do not sign on to these merchant companies ever they are going to back up everything they say. Persoanlly i rather take out a personal loan and shop retail for $10-$20, and not be bothered with all these rates. Peronally i do not know what i have gotten myself into. Whatever anyone says i did go over the fees put me over. I know how to shop well between my means.

We all learn a lesson here-get over pay off your $1200 and get on with life. Don't fall for this again. Local stores to shop - fingerhut blair and crossing pointe. You will never go wrong. I love these companies and the service!!!
