Total Rip Off - double chageing people and applying overlimit charges

Back in 2009 of August I had excellant credit with these people. All of a sudden they applied a $150.00 yearly charge instead of $50.00 like that had been. I could not pay them the $150.00, asked them to lower it and why this huge charge was applied in the first place. They never got back to me. I lost my job in September and now they have doubled the about to $981.37. Please do not get a card from these people, they are totally unfair. People need to get a class action lawsuit against them to stop thses charges that are doubled.
