Failed to help give me an affordable loan modification

I have found this site by accident and was amazed at how my experience with Ocwen has so many simularities. I had to wait for months, then when they finally sent me a contract it was very vague about charges they could or might charge me.
I was hestitant to sign because I did not know if I was signing my life away. I spoke to several people which some were nice and some were rude and belittling. I did let them know I could not afford the payment on the proposal and if I signed the contract I would be putting myself in the same situation as I am in today.
I do not know what is going to happen. I emailed the customer service and let them know ablut my concern and asked for a resolution..
