Rewards partners were stealing my money

I requested handle labels plus one month later, seemed two costs in my own bank card for "Entrtnment Ideals" and "Mnth SVC-Buying Pg". It appears these are two benefits companions of Vistaprint plus they were getting my bank card for 5 weeks with 14.95 bucks. I named Chase-Credit card. They're refunding using the last 60 times. I came across this fraud everywhere since 2004... How Credit or Mastercard could make them nevertheless permitted charge card cost as vendor?
