Charged a fee to my account without permission

I acquired many calls from Initial Market Options and disscussed promoting my timeshare together. I gave them data that involved my creditcardnumber, despite the fact that I told them used to do not need to, however they assured me they couldn't and wouldn't trigger the cost with no prepared signature from me. They sent me documents to signal... I took them up... They extended to contact me and that I continurd to inform them we didn't wish to market. I subsequently delivered a text for them to ensure that there could be documented evidence of my choice. The first evening of the phone in my experience may be the day they charged my charge card. They didn't wait till they'd a choice from me.
