I purchased online, ship the items back (which return shipment was twice as much as it was coming to me), Never received my refund, They since then have charged me again! Can not get through to talk to a live person, They will most likely be trying to charge me again! I had to block my card and file a complaint with my bank on their Fraudulant charges. Do not purchase anything with them! They should be ashamed of their actions.
