DFS -or Diversified Financial Services in Northridge is a crook. Be careful with them.
The guy who runs it is Danny Moore.
I got a cold call from them offering to assist me with a lawsuit I had. They offer to come to my house, which I agreed. They asked for an upfront fee of 10% of the total lawsuit, which I agreed to because I didn't have time or nerves to deal with it. They claimed to know the lawyer who was suiing me "intimately". The minute they got my money (they drove to my house practically the same day they called), it was almost impossible to reach them by phone. They have an internet phone and most of the time it goes to a voicemail. Supposedly they were trying to "negotiate" my lawsuit but I never received any proof or confirmation of such. Naturally, I am out of $500 and still stuck with the lawsuit. The guy's name is Danny Moore (if that is his real name).
All I have is a 2-cent business card and an Internet phone number. Don't be a fool like me. Watch out for this guy. Do not use them under any circumtances.
