Combining of account/overlimit

In March I had been provided a choice to opt-out of the mixing of charge card balnces. I wrote the organization and informed them I needed to opt-out of mixing.

They're currently displaying as over the restriction and receiving me $35 monthly to be over. The need a cost more than $500 to create my bill back underneath the restriction.

That Is completely unfair.
