We delivered the merchandise & all of the test items as directed and were said to be acknowledged $58.71 to the consideration. We've a USPS bill and conf.#. The organization will not return our cash! They claim we required too much time to inform them. We've a bill dated 8-31-09 from USPS plus they charged us on 8-12-09, this isn't actually fourteen days. They stated since I didn't contact them until lately I can't get my cash back. Was not it their responsability to reimbursement the cash once they obtained the delivered item? It's not the clients work to contact and advise them! Additionally they closed us up for all additional products-which we didn't approve! I've terminated all of them and transformed my CC#! Used to do not discover these costs for 4 weeks since I bank online and didn't examine my assertion carefully. I understand this really is my problem, but we particularly examined the container for THEM-NOT to approve these additional costs plus they went forward and made it happen in whatever way!
