Illmadesimple promised to help us aquire a loan modification that we could afford. They charged us 395.00. They also wanted a month's mortgage payment, which was t
o be returned to us after modification was completed. Needless to say, no modification, no refund of months mortgage.in fact we have never heard from them again. Now we are in foreclosure.
