Too much

I chose to use Our Credit Wellness to check on my credit history, they stated it had been free. Well, each month going back year, theyhave taken 29.95 out-of my banking account twice, they include 2.00 and about 20.00 for Privacy Issues. I don't function, and all costs emerge of my bank account without permission. I do want to understand wy this really is occurring, and what I will do about. It I do want to stop, but may they allow me to? I've read additional grievances and that I am wishing I will stop, but I have to understand it'll be terminated and when I will get anything back at-all from these folks.

I simply can't afford it anymore. Thanks for the time.
