I just received their offer in the mail today (01/11). I'm really tired of this creeps who try to rip people off. First of all, there is no phone number. Before I'm going to send any money, I need to at least talk with a representative. Second, most credit card offers already include the information about the card (i.E.interest rates, terms and condition, etc). And third, "PRE-APPROVED for a PLATINUM CARD Membership" doesn't mean a credit card. Whatever crap they are trying to pull, they are eventually going to get caught. As is said, if its seems to good to be true, its almost always a scam.
