Salesman lied to get our business, took $390 and no service

CardProcessing Solutions salesperson, representing himself as Wells Fargo Bank give us a reasonable offer for cc processing but we had to make many modifications to the contract. Long and short of it - they cut and pasted or somehow changed the contract to eliminate the changes. We asked to cancel, they, Mr. Scott Weber, agreed and promised to remove any charges to our account. He did not do it and two months later we get charged another $350. We have filed a police report and are trying to climb the Wells Fargo chain of command. Wish us luck and save yourself a lot of grief and money by not doing business with these folks.
