Ripoff dishonest credit card fraud fraudulent ripoff business

I was contacted by phone about a credit card for $1000 limit, guy said his name was John he had a accent (chinese) said, all I had to do was allow $187 to be taken out my account and and I would receive my card, when I asked how long it would be he said in 3 weeks after the withdrawal. I received a package in the mail form the company with all sort of forms but no credit card. I was also told I'd get 2 FREE airline tickets for signing up no tickets but a $100 discount cupon was enclosed. IT has been over 4 weeks going on 5 now a still no card. I called the number back they gave me and it's busy all the time.

I went for this because I have a credit problem after a divorce and was trying to rebuild my credit. I was taken advantage of and I am mad as Hell!!
