Not as armed forces friendly as they say

We have had insurance with usaa for over 10 years now with no significant claims made. J-st before Christmas my wife had an accedent that was deemed no fault. We called the company and they sent out adjuster and they only glanced at the van and then said 4000 would fix it. We took it to the repair shop and they said 4000 would not fix it and was asked to send pictures in of further damage. After several days we finally got a call from insurance it is now after the new year about 20 days from accedent and we get a quote of 8500 for the now totaled van. The van blue books at over 10000 and we owe more than that but usaa will not budge on quote and when we call we always get voicemail. So I give you a warning don't use ussa go to a local insurance angent that will be available for you and not automatied so you can talk to a real person and get a real evaluation of what you car is worth so you don't end up like us paying in for insurance over 30000 in over 10 year and only getting 8500 in return and alote of headaches.
