Got my banking information and starting taking out fees from my account without my knowledge

I was looking on line for some cash advance companies due to finacial difficulties and i so inquired about a few just to learn those companies are illegal in my state so i stop looking a month later looking at my bank statement i noticed 2 or 3 companies making withdrawls from my account so called my bank and they instructed what to do and I did that i even called the companies whisch was hard to get in touch with and the claimed they canceled the account. Well the next month the same thing i requested a refund and the told me no because i signed up for it on the on the internet. I told them i did not I signed up for something diffrent and they said there company goes hand and hand.
