Misplaced payments. Credit damage

Wells Fargo promises I don't have car insurance on the automobile the mortgage is on.insurenace has been confirmed written down from myself, my insurence broker, and my insurence company. They recognize I've been covered, but proceed to include the $200 monthly for "no insurence, haven't acknowledged the cash I've settled in to the "insurence" like they stated, and today have set more than 12 weeks of phoney one month overdue fees on my credit and also have completley ruined it. (i spend significantly more than regular quantity however they consider initial $200 for "insurence", = late)
