Ripoff dishonest system fails deceptive company

I Had an account with Maple Street Merchants around year 2000 and this company is owned by Axsys National Bank. I received my items to my home. Well I waited to get a bill but never did. So finally I called the long distance number to speak to someone.

I informed them of the situation. Axsys then told me that my account was past due and they were adding on a bunch of fees to my order which was already higher than the local store prices. I explained I had never recieved even the first bill and had no idea how to pay them or how much the notes would be. They said they had mailed my bill out to a previous address more than a year old that could not be forwarded. I then said I should not have to pay late fees etc. And that they knew the correct address to my home and I shouldnt be responsible for this.

They said it didnt matter i would have to pay or be reported to the credit beaurea. So I did. But they are deceptive and out to rip you off with schemes. They delivered the items to the correct address to my name, why would you mail the bill to an old address? To make more money!!!
