Cielo Azul - been in lawsuits and is run by Lovato who also did the appraisal. Lovato uses dis-barred attorneys and shady accountants and associates to swear by what he says. Lovato has taken two companies public and both were turned over to creditors going from $3/share down to. 0001 per share. This guy is always getting sued. Lovato does not invest much money but his "time and value" of services but he takes money out and gets paid... Is paying people to use their names to attract new investors.
