Overcharge

I hsave been overcharged by Norton for 360 Anti Virus... On Spt 27th I had been billed $99.98 for the product... I handled an extremely good guy that offered me additional weeks, since I had been not released my refund. (this occurred in my experience in 2007 additionally) I had been really furious and got Trend Micro for this past year. I thought I'd attempt Norton again and also the exact same sales issue occurred... Why must a 76 year. Aged lady get high blood pressure over this.? I tried calling winserno.com plus they would not link me having a live individual... I continued-point plus they wouldn't take my new code I put up plus they stated my user-name is wrong.
