I was immediately struck by rattus odiferous when I saw this "Acceptance Certificate" and set it aside with a penned "Probable Scam" on its face. What are the keys?

1) Flat fixed $15,000 initial crefit card limit is way too high. Most legit crefit cards will only set you up initially for 3 to 500 maximum.

2) No question regarding houshold income level which legit CC companies use to set the initial limit.

3) No request for home or work phone. This is what the CC companys used to harass you if you fall behind in payments and no legit CC company will issue a card without an attached phone number.

The bottom line is that these people are simply saying "Send us a check and we'll send you a $15,000 limit credit card." Don't work that way folks.

Since I am in Illinois and one other party is in Florida, it appears that these crooks are branching out to a nationwide operation. They are probably using Federal personal bankruptcy lists as a source for their mailings.

The real shame here is that these crooks get away with this stuff because the law enforcement and judicial systems in this country don't recognize criminal conduct as crime if it is done in a business name. That's why mega-billion dollar corps get fined a lot of times for chump change while their officers never land in jail. That's the way that crime pays big time in the good ol' US of A.

Obviously, I didn't send in the bucks, but did attempt to check them out on the Internet which is where I ran into this site and decided to add my two and a half cents.
