Unauthrozed use of billing

We registered to get a dotcom plus a hosting offer. We plumped for the MANUAL restoration.

They sent emails informing us our site was going to expire, we chose to allow mine expire.

Then we observed a $60. Buck cost on our charge card from their website.

After calling and waiting permanently for somebody live to assist obvious this... Some tips about what this fraud work organization representative stated:

I told him we selected manual restoration, he said "yes" but that people did not about the hosting offer. I stated so far as I understood since I completed all of the data from their website IN THE SAME PERIOD and plumped for guide that it put on all that, he gleefully stated no, that the hosting was individual.

I then asked how they might cost to get a hosting deal with no client really getting a dotcom... To host//DUH!!! His solution was that some clients have their dotcoms left elsewhere however in reality sponsor through them... WHICHEVER.

I then needed my $ be attributed back when I don't have any site to sponsor and might consult my lawyer... Then he gleefully stated okay, but since their payment period is about the 15th I'd just have the ability to return $54.!!

This type of person criminals real and easy.

The Way The heck could anybody not begin to see the absurd SCAM being dedicated below?

Is ANYBODY pursuing them for this kind of misuse? I am thinking about joining/developing a-class activity from this organization!

Its fairly clear they've found a loop hole to be able to fuck people over. Lets pursue these Criminals!
