Credit Repair Mall I'm afraid this is a scam company

My wife and I wanted to purchase a home and we were contacted by this company.
They stated they would give us the load but I (myself) needed to go through there 'credit repair' program to get approved for the load, which would (the service) improve my credit score. I hesitantly agreed to do this after the rep (Scott Levin) pressured me to do this... I didn't want to since it cost $695.00 but I wanted my family to have a better place to live and a home of our own. This was back on November 9 and he said it would take at least 30 days before I would get some paperwork or results on my credit report. Well it is December 26 and I have not heard a word back from them and my children had to do without some gifts and my wife and I are having a hard time with the bills after that $700 blow that we/I didn't have to spend to start with.
I am going to make one last attempt to contact them on Monday the 28th, otherwise I will be trying to rely on my bank to reverse the charge...
I have attempted to contact them via email and the email (s) are being returned saying that they can't be delivered, and their 2 websites are not working either...
