Willie Clark Investment Scam

I have been scammed by a company called Clark and Associates. The company C.E.O. Is Mr. Willie Clark, Vice President Mr. Ernie James is also included in on this investment fraud, it was explained to me that this was a private investment club called P-4 or (Premier Growth Fund). I was given literature about the program, had conference calls and meetings before I invested. I was told and have in writing that the start up application fee was $1900, which was paid by money order, and $25,000 done by bank wire would yield me a monthly payout over a years time starting out with a 100% return after the first 60 days, and more as time went on. This was done September; first payout was due November and would be wired to my account. As the payout day approached, I called the office to make sure all was in place and was brushed off by the personnel, and was told I had to speak to Mr. Willie Clark for details.

Finally I was called by Susan (another one of Mr. Clark's associates) and was told she was working for Clark and Associates to manage the updates on the payouts, and was given a letter with a Denver Po Box and number that no-one could ever be reached. My husband went to a meeting in December with other investors at Clark and Associates and was told because of the Ponze Scam regarding Bernard Madoff the government had tightened up on investors and large trades of money, but assured him that this did not affect the P-4 program. Also the investment had traded and Mr. Clark called it a platform, and yielded ten million dollars held in a trust account, where a compliance attorney was the overseer to make sure all Is was dotted and TS was crossed before the funds would be dispersed to 47 investors. So as time went by every month I would get an update letter, which I have supplied a copy stating the funds were still held up in compliance and was told my initial investment was never in jeopardy by Mr. Willie Clark.

February I had a meeting with Willie Clark about my investment and was told he and the rest of the investors was still waiting on the compliance to be cleared by the trust attorney and was told by April if no payouts was made he would have all investors opt out as a corporate decision and everyone funds would be returned. The time came and it did not happen, My husband ran into Mr. Willie Clark while out at dinner and he said to come by the office the next day to clear up the matter on my investment. Mr. Willie Clark did not show up, He called in with a Mr. David Webster from California and Mr. Webster was identified as the person running the P-4 and said he would start disbursing funds on a weekly basis, 4 investors at a time, Still nothing. I found out Willie Clark has not been truthful about the investment club and had given David Webster a one lump sum of almost $500,000 as an investment back in November which represented the P-4 investment Group and it went belly up and Mr. Clark has an on going law suit against Mr. Webster and others.
