Dynamic Credit Services First Choices Let's all act now on these rip-off companies rip off scam con artists

I was contacted by a "rep" from DCS Dynamic Credit Services on 6/20/03 stating that I could receive a credit card from Bank One in 2-3 days, 7-12 at the latest via postal services such UPS. After the 12th day I began calling the 1-877-572-6751 number given to me by the rep (along with a temporary PIN and tracking number).

This number gave out the number 1-800-513-8180. This number also turned out to be bogus! The number I obtained from the 800 info 1-877-327-1867 also turned out to be a deadend. I called the BBB and had to have a zipcode for the company in order for them to "assist".

On 7/03 I received a package containing some info on correcting my credit and two apps to apply for a credit card! I had just recently gotten new internet service and decided to look this company up and that is when I found you guys! I was livid at what I read from other people like me just trying to survive the bestways they know how only to have people like this company come along to just take your hard earned money. I proceeded to my bank after reading how to get my money back instuctions and requested that the ACH be reversed. It had only been about 32 days since the $296 was extracted from my account. The request has been placed two days ago and nothing has been put back into my account.

On 7/24/03 I received another call from this same company which ID themselves as First Choice. I immediately began asking questions such as how you got my name and address. I asked if they had a number that I could call them back at and the rep stated (nervously) that they would call me back. I am also filing a police report in my city against this company and plan to email some of our famous radio shows here to have them warn others about these companies. Maybe if they are put out there in the public like that they will at least fade away and find something more challenging and beneficial to do with themselves!!
